And then there was Lola...

Of course I had to, as anyone who knows me ,knows , once something is in my head I must act on it...Sooo... I am the proud Mommy to a 1 lb little girl named Lola!She is a Pomeranian baby that we piced up in Georgia in Blue Ridge from a professional breeder. The hardest part was making a choice from the available puppies! They were all so adorable( by the way,you know why they were made to be so cute don't you?So we don't give them back during the first year) She is so full of beans and not expected to be more than 4 lbs fully grown. Which really is ridiculous, shes like an accessory!Belle of course is not thrilled.... she just looks at us like what the hell? Why did you get that? And after the 3rd sleepless night and the 800th potty miss I am beginning to think WHAT WAS I THINKING!!!But then she hops and dances and scarfs all the treats you can give her and covers you with little puppy kisses, nothing like puppy breath is there? And I am in love... Meantime Sky (Moms baby)is the perfect little brother, he plays and kisses her all day!Belle on the other hand is the grumpy old Aunt, and only lays back and growls at the baby. But they all played for a while yesterday, so there is hope of Belle coming around soon!Boy am I exhausted!!! I cannot imagine how women have babies late in life, let alone puppies!It is however good for me, I am up and down and all around ... in little circles trying to have eyes in the back of my head!It is amazing how much trouble one tiny body can find....but someday I will have a wonderful companion for life like Sky!And my Belle, the sweetest big girl on earth!Now if we can only manage to hit the wee wee pads most of the time....Gotta go, you know what Lola wants, Lola gets and she is up from her nap now!
